Data we process and why
- Contact and account data (name, business email, role, company) to communicate with clients, partners, and prospects.
- Project and content data submitted to BBN AI Studio skill sets, processed solely to deliver the contracted service.
- Usage and audit logs from the BBN AI environment to provide traceability, security, and quality assurance.
Legal basis
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in operating and securing our service), and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) where consent is requested.
Hosting and processors
Our AI environment is hosted on AWS infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany. AI models are connected via secure API under Data Processing Agreements; client prompts and proprietary data are never used to train third-party models.
Website analytics
This site uses two cookieless analytics services to measure aggregate traffic: Ahrefs Web Analytics (Ahrefs Pte. Ltd., Singapore) and Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc., United States). Neither sets cookies, nor stores or reads information on your device, and neither builds a cross-site or persistent profile of you. They record aggregate page views and referrers; your IP address is processed only transiently to derive non-identifying statistics and is not retained in identifiable form. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, no consent is required under § 25 TDDDG; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Personal data is kept only as long as required for the purpose collected, plus statutory retention periods under German commercial and tax law.
Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact marco@bbn-ai.studio.
